By using Snapmy.site you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language.

The service

Snapmy.site reads a public website you point it at and makes a short launch film from it. The film is made and exported in your browser.
You sign in with a Google account. One account is for one person; don't share it.
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but it may change or pause for maintenance.
Films are stored only in your browser. Keep your own copies of anything you export.

Only make films from websites you own or have permission to promote, and check every line before you publish. Films are generated automatically and can contain mistakes.
You are responsible for how you use the films you make, including any names, claims or brand assets that appear in them.
Don't use the service to mislead people, to impersonate others, or to break the law.

The sample films on the home page are demos made from public websites. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies shown.

Each plan includes a number of new films (a film is one new website) per period, shown on the pricing section. Remixes and re-downloads of a film don't count. Unused films don't roll over.
Free films carry a Snapmy.site watermark and may be used to promote your own product. Paid plans may be used commercially; the Studio plan also covers films you make for clients.
Remixes on paid plans are subject to fair use (currently up to 30 AI re-cuts per film).
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax. Their terms apply to the purchase.
Pro and Studio renew automatically each month or year until you cancel from Manage billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. The Launch pass is a one-time purchase that lasts 30 days and does not renew.
Refunds follow our refund policy.
We may change prices for future periods; we'll tell subscribers before a change applies to them.
