What do I get?
An MP4 up to 1920×1080 at 30 fps, with an original score, in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 or 4:5.
How long is a film?
Usually 10–36 seconds. The story sets the length.
Where is my film stored?
In your browser only. Films are saved on this device. We don't keep a copy. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
What if my site blocks readers?
Some sites block automated visitors. We'll still make a film from what we can see, and you can rewrite every line in the shot list.
Which browsers can export MP4?
Recent Chrome, Edge and Safari. Firefox can preview but not export yet.
Can I use the film commercially?
Free films can promote your own product, with the Snapmy.site watermark. Launch pass and Pro add commercial use without the watermark; Studio also covers films you make for clients.
Do you store my website or my films?
We read the public pages you point us to so we can write the film; we don't keep a copy of your site. Films live in your browser. We keep your email, your plan and how many films you've made this month.
Can I make films for clients?
Yes, on the Studio plan, which includes a client work license. Other plans cover films for your own products.
What counts as a film?
Each new website you turn into a film. Remixes, script edits and re-downloads of that film don't count. Unused films don't roll over.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel anytime from Manage billing; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
Can I turn the music down?
Use the mute button to preview silently; exported films always include the score.
